Today, John Garcia from STV Heating and Air Conditioning performed the Spring Maintenance on my AC unit. He did an excellent job in both performing the work and then explaining to me exactly what he had done to my unit.
I purchased my unit from STV back in 2014 and it has worked extremely well and has been very efficient. The only problem I have had with it was the variable speed blower motor failed back in 2021, but it was replaced under the 10 year warranty.
I have been extremely satisfied with Frank Reyes and his team ever since the original sale and installation. And they are still meeting or exceeding my expectations.

May 5th , STV is an awesome company , this morning Sebastian Grimaldo/ service Tech came by to do our 6 months maintenance inspection and was very professional and knowledgeable. He took pictures of the unit upstairs to show use the condition of the rusted drain pan and his concern that it could rust out and leak and damage the surrounding area, he also did inspection of the unit outside and said we were alittle low on freon and should top it off. We agreed and we will receive an appointment for the recommendations for repairs. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Mrs Gonzales
