Since my move to Victoria 4 1/2 yrs ago this place has been a life saver. Very friendly and efficient and professional care. I visited back in March of this year, 2022 and had outstanding patient service. Because it was on the weekend that I needed care, this same place was my go to. Very impressed and will be my future urgent care needs. I still am so so pleased with Next Care. I will using it alot more due to our regular Dr. Booked for months. The after hours are excellent and opening 7 days a week.
All right! Took my hubby to Urgent care on a holiday. Receptionist, technician and doctor were all very helpful. Thank you guys for your attentiveness and solution. We were very thankful you were there.
I spoke with Jessica on the phone before arriving and she explained clearly to me the program they provided and what the estimate out of pocket expenses would be, and got me a last minute appt! She was very helpful, so friendly and answered any questions I had. The other staff took great care of me as well, this is what healthcare SHOULD be like. Thank y’all.
