Honest, honest, honest. What more can I say? I very highly recommend this company. Love, love my new RUUD outside unit! Very reasonable price installed and quick service. We would give 10 stars if we could! Use them. You will be satisfied like we are.
Joe Cool was very professional and very responsive. He answered all my questions and concerns then got us booked and replace our inside and outside unit on time as stated. I highly recommend this company for your AC & Heating needs.
Wow!! I will start by saying I was blown away by the level of professionalism and integrity that this company has demonstrated. My NEST AC/HEAT stopped working and would not turn on. Joe Cool came out, checked it and fixed it and also showed me what the issue was and would not take a single dollar from me!! Instead, he told me what I needed to do to fix the issue long term. I have never received any services where the technician would not take a single dollar! When I say I was blown away, I truly mean it. I will recommend this company to anyone needing AC/Heat repairs.
