Started off not to bad and ended as the worst tax experience ever. Taxes never got filed because no one knew why? I was told they have over 15 years of experience but forgot to file an easy tax return? To make matters worse I had to constantly reach out to them to get answers. Over all huge head ache and I love to support small business but sadly this is one I refuse to support but rather notify the IRS of this wrong doing!! If you’re in this business then do it right or not at all, it’s that simple!

I can NOT seem to reach her at all, I call and I go straight to voicemail. I leave contact information and still NOTHING. It is extremely unprofessional to be ignored by my tax preparer. I have to go all the way to the office where hopefully, I find her and hopefully she is willing to help with my stimulus issue....
