Great experience with our tech - Stanley Wright. He was very polite and considerate, efficient and helpful. He has been the only tech that’s actually stopped and explained things to us. If I’m able to request a tech I will always request for him!
The serviceman, Stanley Wright, was excellent. He was congenial, professional, and very good at his job. It was rainy and he even removed his shoes before coming inside! He explained everything that he did and provided helpful information on how to best utilize our system. We are very pleased with the services of Efficiency Air.
Don went above and beyond helping out couple of senior citizens. Our ac compressor went out during the July holiday week. The parts needed were either not available in store or parts house closed for the holidays. Don had a used unit and changed out our outside unit until the parts came in for ours
Parts came in and installed worhout a hitch and we are grateful.
