Very friendly people, I was in for a service on my 2020 silverado. I had an 8:30 appointment and was out by 9:15. I will be back to have my services done here as long as I'm working in the area. ?

The Team at Vernon Chevrolet/GMC was beyond awesome! There was never a step in the purchasing process that was not on par with the highest level one would expect when trying to find a vehicle to buy. I highly recommend anyone looking for their next new car/truck/van stop by Vernon Chevrolet/GMC and enjoy the same experience I did. Robby was very helpful with the issues I was having with my truck. He was able to get my vehicle in and had it ready to go when we return from being away for a week. There were no extra charges and everything that needed attention was attended to. This was the fourth time I’ve had the vehicle in for the same problem but the first time they were able to actually diagnose it and get it fixed for me. Robby and all of the other employees there at Vernon Auto Group service department were very kind, and displayed extraordinary customer service. Thank you!
