Very clean environment, always smells good and is spotless! Calm and inviting place to workout without judgement. Ashley does such an amazing job keeping the gym looking great, she’s the best! She’s so welcoming to everyone who enters the gym. I can’t say enough good things about her! I’ve had a membership for quite some time and it’s always a pleasure to workout there and to see her there!
I havent had a gym membership in about 10 years and was so scared to take that step. The manager Ashley is so welcoming and exudes happiness! The gym goers are all respectful and Ashley keeps the gym SPOTLESS! The air is always cool, the wipes to clean the machines are always in stock and Ashley is just such a ray of sunshine! I joined in April and ive lost 12lbs and im down 3 pant sizes because of the safe environment she creates for people at all levels in their fitness journey! I have more confidence and its because Ashley has encouraged and kept such a fantastic welcoming, non-judgemental gym!
Ashley was really helpful, I was only going to be in town for a short time and she helped work out a good guest pass deal.
The gym is small but nice, and there's plenty of room for most workouts you could plan to do.
