My husband and I got locked out of a house in Ravenna, and Jacob got to us from Van Alstyne in about an hour and had us in the house in about five minutes for a really reasonable price (even with a trip charge).Hopefully I don't need a locksmith any time soon, but I've saved his number just in case!

If I could give Lone Star a 6th star, I’d give them 10. Jacob came out to help me with my new house, even on a day he was supposed to be closed during a holiday and family visiting. He took care of me and went above and beyond any expectation I ever had. He was quick and knew exactly what he was doing. I cannot say thank you enough!

Words cannot describe how grateful we are for these fine folks. My husband and I had just come home from a trip and through a series of crazy events, ended up being locked out by our petsitters. It was Friday night close to 10pm, my dog was inside needing to be let out and I was in an absolute panic. We are new to the Sherman area and I took to Googling locksmiths and the ones that answered refused to come to Sherman that late, others simply didn’t answer.
