Chris did a great job in fixing the microwave. He was able to isolate the issue and address it. It stopped working in 15 days. Ever since we contacted but didnt hear back from Grayson Appliance

I have used GC multiple times over the years for different appliances-Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher and most recently an old SubZero Fridge. I have always been very happy with their service. Diagnosis is always spot on and they always give me a quote on my repair options. Kyle has been my recent expert and goes above and beyond to provide professional service!

A REAL person answered the phone and set me up for a service call. The repair man was right on time and fixed the issue plus he gave me several tips about washing machines. I highly recommend Grayson Collin Appliance.
