I have been going to Valley View Medical Clinic for about 9 months, Jill Buck has been fabulous! She is helping me on my wellness journey and has also treated me for brief illnesses! The office is nice and neat, staff is very friendly, I would highly recommend Valley View Medical Clinic to anyone looking for healthcare providers!

My daughter has been seeing Krystal since she worked in a pediatrics office in Gainesville and when she made the move to Valley View we went with her. This office sees children as well as adults so I became a patient as well at that point. That's been over a decade of treatment and compassion now. They will do their best to get you in if you are in a crunch, I've experienced this many times over the years. They follow up with results in a timely manor. We both have received the best care with this office and have never had anything but great service from the entire staff. The recent remodel of the office is just gorgeous! Lovely people and a lovely office. You will not be disappointed with your care here.

Nice remodel, nice staff, but no accountability, attention to detail or follow through.
Needed RX not even called in! I actually even verified at the window when leaving, how their process works.
School notes are good for 24hours??? And then another visit and co-pay? When school policy clearly states the child should not return to school until they have been fever free and asymptomatic for at least 24hours. Hows that math supposed to work? Now the school is bent out of shape over number of absences. They made more trouble than they solved, and then had an attitude when questioned. Close to home doesn't necessarily mean competence.
