When we showed up for our appointments yesterday we were excited as it is my birthday today. I’ve been through a lot these past few weeks and wanted to treat myself to getting my hair done. Dianna is kind and sweet but her bleaching skills are less than acceptable. My hair is fried to a crisp. I understand some damage when bleaching is normal, which is why a trim is usually included in a service like this. I asked for all over highlights to lighten my hair. We talked about also including a root shadow considering my hair is naturally dark brown. I also said if it can’t be safely done in one session that is okay and I was told not to worry we could do it. When I tell you my hair is falling out in clumps and is melted together at the ends it’s not a lie, the bottom half is over processed and is white, the top half is yellow. There are so many different tones and spots missed. I pointed out a missed spot on my forehead that I was not happy with and the excuse was the foil moved. It was not offered to be fixed. I paid $270 and it didn’t include a haircut or trim. I didn’t get the root shadow we talked about. For that price I could have flown back home to Arizona got my hair done better quality and flown back. I am extremely disappointed. No amount of hair masks or mayo will fix my hair at this point. I will never be getting my hair done professionally by anyone ever again. I will give her the benefit of the doubt and maybe just hasn’t had very much experience with my type of hair but it is unacceptable. We felt rushed and there was no attention to details. I have natural curls and they are gone. My hair feels like straw. I’m absolutely heart broken. I usually never stand up and say something because I am scared but I did say I was concerned about this.

She overbooked had me sit there with bleach on my hair for 45minutes then put on the color which was another 55 minutes then since my hair was over processed she cut it instead of trim to get rid of damage hair not a very good experience this time around will think twice about going back

Dianna has cut and styled my hair for the past 8 years! I have always been very pleased with her work!! I'm moving to Tucson and can only hope I find someone as skilled and caring!!
