Great experience. Staff was friendly and kind. They verified and provide answers to my questions. The doctor is great and offered suggestions for proactive health. Which is something I haven't really received. I'll be coming back. Strongly recommend. Calm environment, for those who have anxiety with the dentist like me.
Such an amazing office! The entire team is so friendly and welcoming! Celia the hygienist is very gentle & caring making me feel very comfortable in the chair. Dr. Okafor explains in detail the treatment that is needed and why. I highly recommend Universal Dental!
My experience was absolutely amazing from the time I got there till the time I left. The doctor said very informative and listened to everything I wanted. He was gentle and I had a tooth pulled and I felt no pain, not even the needle to numb me. They are very welcoming and treat you like the family they hadn't seen in awhile. I definitely recommend you try them.
