Vanessa was very patient and very helpful during the paperwork process. Dr. Don took the anxiety out of getting adjusted by asking questions, adding in a bit of rapport, and when he spoke to you, he had very good eye contact that let me know he cared, interested in getting results for me, and wanting to make sure he supported you during the treatment. Thank you so much Vanessa and Dr. Don! You guys were amazing!

Overall the experience was great! Judy was awesome and very personable. The tablets to enter info were a bit difficult to maneuver. Lack of privacy was a bit different as other chiropractic offices have separate rooms, so I did not like being in a fish bowl. Seemed like a very friendly office.

Everyone at the clinic was friendly and courteous. I was helped immediately. The chiropractor who took care of me seemed to understand my pain. She accessed me and put together a plan along with some stretches to do at home to help. I'm excited to get my issues resolved for a better night sleep. Also, this is an interesting concept and I love that I can utilize and of the Joint center s around town.
