Nicolle was a lifesaver. We took my son to get his hair cut the day prior and the place we took him to did a horrible job. While searching for someone to fix their screwup, Nicolle reached out and said she could help. I immediately scheduled an appointment with her and she went above and beyond fixing my son's hair. Her precision and attention to detail are top notch. She now has a customer for life with my son.
