We love this place! My son is 5, and started speech almost a year ago and has grown so much with his therapist Ms. Kristel! My son was first evaluated and score extremely poorly, fast forward to now, he’s can fully talk! He’s still struggling with a few words, but overall, when I take him to see family or friends, they’ve noticed a huge difference in his speech. They’re all really patient with him and my son is always so happy to come here. The front desk administration is also extremely knowledgeable with insurance. Kiddo Talk Speech Therapy has been going great for my daughter! I've seen great improvement in her and Mrs. Yuri has been so helpful! She's great, kind and patient! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!
The owner, Yuri has been giving my now 6 year old services for over a year now for apraxia of speech (being nonverbal). My child has a disorder that can cause even adults with it to be nonverbal, so we needed an expert. Yuri is an expert with apraxia and nonverbal kids, and you can tell she's passionate about it - she's even involved with the nonprofit Apraxia-kids.org . I found Yuri, and right away I realized it was night and day compared to the previous speech therapist we tried. The previous one just had my child play in a ball pit and push 2-3 buttons on her assistive communication device over an entire 30-minute session. That's it.
