I really didn’t want to go elsewhere for my hair cuts because over the last 5 years I’ve had plenty of good/excellent hair cuts at this great clips. It’s convenient, I like using the GC app, and 99% of the stylists do a good job. The low prices mean I can give a large tip too. I like to tip big for good service!

My mom and I went to the Universal City location to get our hair cut. I could not have been more pleased with the exemplary customer service that we both received. We checked in on the app and we were both seated almost immediately. The stylists were friendly and efficient. Melissa cut my hair exactly how I asked her to, which has not been my experience at other salons. Glenda was VERY patient with my mom, who was undecided about how much length she wanted cut off. Both Melissa and Glenda were engaging and provided us with the best experience. I live 45 minutes from this salon, but I will definitely return!
