We absolutely, 100% recommend Waterman Electric. After one of our recent big storms we had a lightening strike which melted parts of 3 very good surge suppressors. The home was filled with the smoke & stench that only electric & plastic make. We had to call the fire department (Yay Arp Fire Dept.!!) We we’re instructed to not plug the stove/oven on until an electrician looked the house over & ok’d everything. Jeff Waterman came to our home. He was so personable, knowledgeable & it felt like we were asking an extended member of our family to make sure we are safe and going to stay that way. Jeff sure did provide this. — I cannot say or mean anything more than Waterman Electric is the BEST.
After reading so many great reviews about Waterman Electric on Facebook, we knew who to call first thing Monday morning when a few of our outlets stopped working after last Saturday’s storm. My husband Jim left a message and received a return call just a short while later. The lady who returned his call was very nice & asked my husband what was going on. Jim described what happened & she suggested some tips for troubleshooting. He followed her advice and it corrected the problem! She patiently waited on the phone while he checked each outlet. When asked how much we owed, she said nothing but a smile! I feared this could’ve been a costly endeavor but thanks to Waterman electric, it was very painless! We will definitely use Waterman from now on for any electrical needs! We have already recommended them to friends. 5 stars for sure!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
