Got all new windows for the whole house from Supreme Windows. They look great, and surprisingly I can’t hear any noise any more! I’m truly surprised about the noise reduction. It did take awhile for the order to come in but installation went very well. I’m happy with my windows.

I’ve been in the construction business for 34 years. Supreme windows and doors is an example of how a contractor should be. The consultant ( whose name escapes my memory) came to my house and explained everything very clearly with no pressure. He didn’t try to upsell me. He simply explained the process and helped me pick the right windows for my budget. I only needed 8 windows but he treated me as if I were ordering 100. It only took about a month to get the windows.The installers Shelby, and his assistant were totally courteous, professional and efficient. The only hiccup in the job was that one came cracked. Donna provided excellent customer service and helped me get something set up right away for a quote. Jordan came out and gave me a quote with no pressure to buy now unlike other places. He explained my choices and treated me right. Once my windows came in Kevin was great communicating the install date, things that came up during the install and was a pleasure to work with. I have more windows to replace and I will be calling them back for sure!
