The only thing better than supporting a local family owned business is when they do amazing work. To be upfront, I do not live in Tyler anymore, but I have an investment property that had a leak over the weekend. I wanted to write this review from a landlord perspective because Rudd plumbing was responsive, helpful and took care of the issue - making things incredibly easy for me being out of town and my tenant who relayed to me how the tech was kind, quick and easy to work with. Highly recommend to anyone needing reliable and affordable service!

Early Wednesday Morning (02.17.2021) we had a pipe burst in the ceiling of our dining-room that was feeding an outside faucet. After having the City Of Bullard Respond after hours to shut the water off within 10-15 minutes of the call, I called to get on the list with Rudd Plumbing and left a voicemail. I got a call back later that day, they apologized as the trucks were not running due to road hazards and would dispatch a truck as soon as the roads were better.

"Jason" expressed concern for my plumbing problem, and that really meant alot to me. He was very professional. He allowed me to choose how much I wanted done, and he had a book with him with printed prices of the different jobs. Again, that was important to me. He and his helper fixed the problem promptly. They were neat and left my home in clean condition. I will use them again.
