Kelsey was Terrific. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough and explained clearly what she was doing, what she had done, and what she found with each part of the system. Clearly, Kelsey is an impressive individual; quite a pro.
This firm is wonderful. 100% professional, timely and detailed communications, totally respectful of your property and their AC work is fantastic. We have a geo-thermal system and they are one of the few in the area that are certified on these ac/heat systems. 6 stars for the firm and their work if it was available.
The team at Quality Air are always great at handling our service needs. They communicate extremely well so you know when they are on their way. Once on site do a full assessment of your issue.
