Members appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, particularly the locker rooms, and the availability of equipment for effective workouts. The gym features great tanning beds and options for recovery and relaxation. The friendly and helpful staff contribute to a comfortable atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. Customers praise the smooth signup process, cooperative staff, and good facilities. The gym has a variety of equipment and many options for black card holders, making it a great choice for beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts alike.
This location is so much cleaner/the staff is more caring and outgoing at this location vs. the other Tyler location. Definitely going to this one instead from now on❤️
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely a great place to spend Your time, if You have any left in a life style of work sleep rinse repeat. If You do embark on this journey I assure you you won't be disappointed it's far better than being home sitting on the couch watching TV or being depressed because Your health is slipping through Your fingers. Make a effort to create the feel good chemicals that come from doing something that's good for You. This gym is absolutely kept immaculate with friendly staff in a relaxed atmosphere and a judgment free zone with people of all kinds that are elderly, disabled, fit, unfit, skinny, overweight, walking with canes literally, and no limit of the benefit of doing something good for Yourself, they have two different types of membership and two different locations one on 5th Street, and Cumberland Mall South Broadway. Very conveniently located for me, never too crowded. Staff friendly and helpful, equipment plentiful, clean and in good working condition. A lot of different options, instructions on machines easy to understand.
