The friendly staff, though not overly outgoing at first, engage in conversation and provide great customer service. Skilled technicians perform thorough services, including massages with hot stones, nail shaping, and callus removal. With a welcoming atmosphere and excellent work, this salon has become a go-to destination for many clients.
I went in for a pedicure because they are one of the only salons that are open on Sunday. The chairs are amazing. The staff is nice; not overly friendly at first, but if you speak to them, they will have a conversation with you. The offer water, wine, or mimosas while you're receiving your service. I like how many options they have for pedicures. If you are in a hurry and just want a quick pedi so that your feet look good, they have a basic pedicure for less than $30 which is unheard of in Tyler, but they also offer spa pedicures like I received that last an hour and range anywhere from $45-$60. My massage was good and she used hot stones. She also spent a long time cleaning around and shaping my toenails, scrubbing my feet and removing calluses.
I have been going here for over 12 years and have never had an issue. I am always happy with the service and the quality of workmanship. Very rarely have I lost a nail in less than 3-4 weeks of hard hand labor...lol. I recommend ? this place.
