Owners daughter did an amazing job on every hair cut but the reviews about her are not true the Rosalinda one she made the mistake cuz her son wanted one haircut and she wanted to change it so that’s her own fault and the other two don’t realizing some people are still learning and it’s takes time you can’t expect someone to be that good when they are new!!

The staff will accommodate you even if you don't speak Spanish, they largely support a Spanish population, but they occasionally support English speakers, the staff could speak both. I don't speak Spanish, and not once that I felt I've been cheated on my wait. This place is usually full on Friday and Saturday. And the wait could take 30 mins. The hair-cutters are very good, you save a at least 5 dollars, while having a good clean cut, something that you might not get in Super-cuts or other mainstream hair-cutting place. I'm not picky with my haircut, as long as its done cleanly, i'm good with it. With that said, if you don't speak Spanish and your picky with your haircut, your going to have a hard time explaining how your haircut should be. Honestly this is the only place in Tyler that does my hair justice, other haircut place in Tyler just always do a horrible job or are less accommodating, except the barbershops, those are pretty good too but you have to pay more. My hair is straight when short, but grows kinky, so its not the typical hair hair-cutters are used to.

I went with my best friend to get his hair cut. It had a pleasant aroma. Clean with plenty of comfortable chairs to wait in. Although fortunately our wait was short, the hairdressers and barbers there were quick and efficient, not to mention curtious. One of the barbers approached us and asked if we were thirsty and handed me a free water bottle. My best friend is really picky about his hair and has been a loyal customer there for 5 years.
