We have used them a couple of times and have been very pleased with the quality of the materials and the customer service. My only complaint was that we would have to have paid a lot of money to have the flooring delivered. It seems they could deliver to people who bought as much flooring as we did. Maybe have a set flooring or dollar amount, and they wouldn't charge hundreds of dollars.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. DIDN'T SEEMED PUT OUT WHEN I LOOKED AT SEVERAL DIFFERENT FLOORING CHOICES AND EVEN PUT THEM ALL SIDE BY SIDE AND OFFERED SAMPLES TO TAKE WITH ME TO MATCH PAINT COLORS AND SEE HOW THE LIGHT WOULD AFFECT IT IN THE HOUSE.

The sales personnel were attentive, friendly, and helpful. They gave me options in the type and color of flooring that would coordinate with the adjoining room flooring sample that I brought with me. The pricing was good and the order will not take long to come in. I had not chosen flooring before, but feel confident I made good choices with their help, and had all my questions answered. It was a very positive experience.
