We bought vinyl plank flooring for a Tyler rental property from them, and it was a good experience. They were very helpful in the store, and the displays are good. They have sections of the showroom floor (about 6x6 maybe?) done in different flooring, so you can see what it looks like better than just a plank. Handling of the order was without issues. I don't think they have their own installers, but they gave us a name (Elvis), and he couldn't have been better. They showed up on time, finished quickly, and without incident. Floor looked great. Phenomenal store!!! Great place to buy your flooring. We purchased carpet, then came back for some LVT for other rooms. So easy to work with and awesome that they have so much in stock that you can pick it up THAT day and start installing.
