My AC went out in the middle of July , with me being 9 months pregnant, 5 days before my baby arrives. To say I was stressed would be an understatement. We called ETR at 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday. My technician Oscar Miranda was here by 8:30 and my AC was fixed by 9. Beyond pleased with the service provided and will use again in the future. The two technicians were thorough and very knowledgeable and polite. They explained everything and answered all my questions and suggested some future needs of the unit. I was well pleased.
