Our experience with Cover 3 began on Easter morning in 2020. We woke up to a water leak inside our house that we had only lived in for 4 months. I remembered seeing a Cover 3 truck passing by regularly since we moved in, so I immediately thought of calling them. Shane came by that morning to inspect and put a tarp over the damaged area on the roof, and determined that we were in need of a new roof due to hail damage. Great crew. Donnie was great facilitator between us and insurance company. They completely stripped roof to bare sheating, replaced some small parts of water damaged wood, applied the latest underlaymemt and shingles in one day. They cleaned the entire area as well. We would recommend.
