Dropped off clothes knowing I had to travel. Was told I would get them back the next day at a certain time. Clothes not there. Was told they were "forgotten " by the very emotionless clerk. When I said I absolutely needed them she said they would be there possibly in 20 minutes. You could tell the level of I don't give a crap was 1000.

Expensive, fully lined, well taylored linen suit, tags specified fiber content and dry clean only -- I put outfit on 30 minutes prior to my 40 year class reunion to discover it was shrunk. Was full length sleeves and pants, and collar/lapel was pretty shape and wrapped around my neck. 30 minutes prior to leaving for this one time event, suit had quarter length sleeves, Capri pants with lining showing longer, and collar/lapel did not reach around the neck and was misshaped. I will never entrust another item to this location, and they can never give back my one time event.
