We had a Cummins 40KW standby power system professionally installed by BNK Services, and we can't say enough good things about this company. Paul Bryant, and his very knowledgeable employees, did a fantastic job pouring the reinforced concrete slab for the generator base, installing a Cummins 200-amp transfer switch adjacent to our existing electric meter, and they answered my numerous questions along the way. I used BNK for a whole home generator after a series of power outages in our home. Working with BNK went very smoothly and we are enjoying the peace of mind knowing our home will have power the next time a big storm rolls through Longview. Paul and his team were very courteous and easy to work with. We had some drywall work that was required as well and his team made it appear as nothing had ever happened. Thank you, BNK!Update 01/19/20: After being installed for awhile and working fine, I have called twice for BNK to provide service (oil change, etc). 8 months ago and 2 weeks ago!
