I’ve had some experiences with different lawn care companies in Tyler but Baker Brothers exceeded my expectations! They go above and beyond to get the job done, kept me in the loop. I love the way my front yard and backyard looks now! Those guys are some hard workers. Keep it up guys!
I was recently at a friend's home who was having her lawn mowed and edged by Baker Brother Lawn Care. I had parked next to the curb and one of the landscape guys began edging near my car. Unfortunately, a rock or some sort of debris flew up and cracked my front passenger window. I called Baker Brothers hoping they could help me out and left a voicemail at 7:00 pm that evening not expecting a callback until the next day or later in the week. They called me back immediately and were so apologetic and communicative. They gave me the information to their insurance company. Their insurance company has been timely and easy to work with and is thankfully replacing the entire window and having it retinted. This company cares about making things right, even when the person on the other end wasn't a client of theirs. I will definitely be using Baker Brothers Lawn Care in the future and would recommend them based on my brief but pleasant interaction with their company.
