Galentine’s Day class on a Friday night was fun. Rhianna is an awesome teacher. Though Pilates can be telling to the limitations in your body she consistently encourages you through each section of the class. I’m impressed at her ability to teach a class of mixed levels from novice to intermediate with everyone experiencing a tolerably challenging yet rewarding workout. #OneOfMyFavs ????

I’ve been loving Club Pilates as an alternate workout to my normal running. The classes are always different and the coaches are extremely tentative. Chloe is a great instructor and I like how she leads her sessions and challenges us to make the exercises harder.
