Dr.Horng is a great doctor with a lot of experience and knowledge.Margarita the receptionist and Anh Pham were very helpful and answered all my questions.Great staff and great place to get treated.I highly recommend it.
It’s a 10 for me ! Dr.Horng Wan Lin & Terry her nurse assistant. Great bedside manners both of them , they work great together and I highly recommend them . I had spider veins treated and they did a great job , very satisfied. Will be referring my sister in law and friends . Thank you both .
Dr. Horng, her aide Terry and the rest of her staff at the Tomball location are great! They make you feel at ease and do whatever is necessary to help you feel comfortable, especially during the procedures. The reason for 3 stars is the Billing Department for USA Vein Clinics. They harass & threaten patients, NEVER sends a bill/invoice for the work done, charges cards without patient’s consent within days after procedure, and makes that part of your experience stressful and frustrating. Their treatment is unprofessional and unacceptable. Fortunately the doctor and her aide make complaints on the patient’s behalf and will take it to the head of the billing department...read full review
