We called Brandon after our regular home inspection revealed visible mold on one of the bedroom walls. He was prompt and very responsive. If memory serves me right, he was out at the property within 24-48 hours of the discovery. He worked closely with the remediation company to ensure the property was fully remediated to high standards. His protocol covered all the bases that I was concerned about, and he answered any and all questions (which were many!). Highly recommend for your peace of mind if you're looking for a mold inspection/hygienist to navigate a remediation.
