Excellent and very fast experience. The ladies at the front desk multitask and deal with lots lots of different attitudes on a daily basis. They come to work and assist and help out as professionals and this is my comment as a war VET. The building is always clean and smells good and every team member is a great representative to the V.A and the clinic for what it represents.Thank you all at Tomball V.A
My experience with the Tomball VA has been very reasonable and accommodating. No medical facility civilian or military runs perfectly. My experience here has been that most staff are very considerate and helping. You can't control everything but if you go into the VA with a positive attitude yourself it will alleviate a lot of problems and make your process better.
Front Desk, Lab work, Primary Care, Dr Schwartz and X-Ray staff were all great to deal with. I am a new patient and have been very impressed by the level of care and service I have received thus far.
