“Typically I get a shellac pedicure and dip refill. I saw the hybrid gel and decided to do that. It is a minimum of 100.00 every time I visit. I went in a week later and showed them lifts and uneven application of the hybrid gel. I noticed it within two days but could not return to the salon until Saturday. Yes I could have called, but I thought showing in person was best. It took a little too long and a few too many questions/conversations to decide what was going to be done to fix it without charge, but ultimately they removed and replaced it correctly. My recommendation is to find the tech that does them well and stick with that technician only. Also -- inspect your nails in daylight as soon as possible and walk back in immediately if able for correction. For management - if someone is new or less skilled or has resulted in customer returning please supervise their work more closely.“
