“I’ve been going to Janet for years now and we’ve worked really hard at clearing my acne. I struggle w acne/scaring. Recently I’ve tried the Tixel laser, and it was amazing for my skin. There’s practically no down time and the procedure was quick. My skin was sensitive the whole week but I was careful with the sun by wearing hats and sunscreen. Nicole was so helpful when I asked questions about future services for me as well as my teens and then she helped me pick out a product based on my needs. When I had first met Susie I was so distraught and exhausted from trying so many different things for my acne. Nothing had worked for me previously and Susie listened to me and understood. From start to finish it was absolutely perfection. Zhanna started my time with her by sitting and explaining the entire process that we would be doing. She also covered several things that I could do at home to continue with this routine. She covered what ingredients I should be using for my skin type, and those that I should avoid. I have had numerous facials in my day, and this was by far the most unique and rejuvenating that I’ve had. While focusing on draining my facial lymph, Zhanna worked her magic! I have never dosed off during a massage or facial, but I did! I was truly shocked but it was that relaxing with her focus on bringing the face and neck upward to help with laxity.
