Service First was very good at keeping in touch with us, and our insurance company, throughout the process of roof replacement after a severe hailstorm. Adam Higley and Alex made sure we understood what was to be expected at each phase, always showed up or contacted us when they promised. We’re completely satisfied with our new roof as well as repairs made to our screened porch.

I had my roof replaced from the April hail storm. I chose Service First Construction and worked closely with Adam Higley. Mr. Higley was always available to talk with, ask questions and get answers with the concerns I had. Mr Higley was always prompt, amiable and professional. I recommend him and Service First highly.

We were given an outrageous price for a new roof on the house and shop by another contractor. Our son gave me Kyle Franklin’s number. He came out and told us our 23 year old roof still has 5-7 years of life. He did recommend we replace the ridge vent shingles on both buildings and a few minor repairs. We did that and the job was done the next business day. We are very pleased with the work, and the honesty and integrity of this young many. Highly recommend this company.
