Karoll who guides many of the classes is a committed and dedicated instructor who takes joy in helping students do their best no matter where your starting point may be. If you're looking for a physical, mental or spiritual change in your life this is the place to make it happen.

Karoll and Karen are phenomenal yoga instructors! In the year that I've been practicing here, I've grown more as a yogi than the collective 6 years prior. If you're looking for a studio with instructors who are hands-on and encouraging, this is the place for you!

What a cute and cozy yoga studio! Great class options for any practicing level along with several pricing packages. The instructors are great and the group itself is very inviting. I absolutely love the environment.
