Brody came out, listened carefully, and verified the leak we had experienced. He provided a quote, we accepted it, and he completed the work before the next forecasted rainfall.
A few short months later, another leak appeared—one that defied logic. Once again, Brody inspected the area, took photos, and searched for the source. Although it wasn’t raining at the time and the path of the leak couldn’t be confirmed, he identified the most likely culprit and applied sealant.
