Thank you Roof 1 Construction for making a stressful situation STRESS FREE .... That's priceless!
After the frequent storms lately I started noticing a musty smell in our house. After about a week, during one of the heavier storms we spotted water dripping from a vent. At first I thought it was going to be an a/c issue but upon further investigation found our roof to be leaking - the house is only 7 years old! There is never a good time for home repairs but for other reasons this was especially poor timing. Thankfully, a friend who had used this company before, made the recommendation. Scott Westra, Preside t of Roof 1 Construction came to our house within a short notice period and quickly fixed some areas that needed maintenance on our roof. Very economical and trustworthy. He was referred to me from a friend who also had a great experience. Highly recommend if you need a new roof or maintenance !!!
