I cannot say enough good things about Roof 1 Construction. Scott, Brandon, and Kris were all so very professional and helpful. They worked closely with my insurance company to insure prompt payment. I submitted a request on GAF's website to connect with certified contractors and was promptly contacted by Tristan from Roof 1 Construction. We had the GAF System Plus warranty, so I explained my concerns regarding abnormal granule loss from our shingles, even though the original contractor had dismissed it as normal wear. Tristan went above and beyond by conducting a thorough roof inspection and providing a detailed report with photos highlighting the defects.
