I submitted a request on GAF's website to connect with certified contractors and was promptly contacted by Tristan from Roof 1 Construction. We had the GAF System Plus warranty, so I explained my concerns regarding abnormal granule loss from our shingles, even though the original contractor had dismissed it as normal wear.
