The experience I had just by walking into the salon was amazing. The front lady, Mary, greeted me with a smile. very beautiful, I might add. She was so sweet and very polite, offering me something to drink while I was waiting to see if someone was available to do my hair. Gema was the one who did my hair , loved it she's amazing too. I highly recommend visiting the salon, I was very satisfied

Chaval is an outstanding manager. My girlfriend goes to The Reserve, and it’s clear his leadership plays a big role in how well things are run. She’s organized, calm under pressure, and genuinely cares about the people around him. The Reserve is lucky to have someone like her in charge.
