We love them. We have had them service us quarterly for the past 4 years. If ever we have problems after they service us, they are willing to come back for a redo. They have always been courteous and thorough.
Lance did an outstanding job during our quarterly pest control service. He was thorough, professional, and made sure every area of the house was treated properly. He took care of spider nests and sprayed all the necessary areas without missing a detail. We really appreciated his attention to detail and complete approach to the job. Great thorough work taken care of with utmost detail, amazing tech!
I had Reliant Pest Management out for a callback service and could not be more pleased with the experience. Lance and trainee Jonathan arrived right on time first thing in the morning and were ready to get to work.
I had concerns after finding a couple of roaches inside my home and Lance took the time to listen to the details, review the photos I had taken, and explain the differences between German roaches and Asian roaches. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and informative, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind. Rather than rushing through the appointment, he answered my questions thoroughly and provided practical solutions and recommendations.
