Staff also teach clients how to do basics on their own. For alarm services, the experience from initial call to installation is rated highly. Owners are directly accessible to investigate problems promptly, and technicians are sent out quickly to fix issues. The company is known for holding a client's hand each step of the way, providing personal support and expert advice that makes clients feel their systems are sacred. Frank has helped us with our home av system since moving into our house in 2021. He made recommendations for a quality system and built it based on what was already installed ... the installation was professional and Frank has gone out of his way to help us get the most out of the system over these years. He answers my questions immediately (Frank are you always online???). I never imagined this kind of support for our system. I am forever grateful - I feel our AV system is sacred bc of the personal support and expert advice. I have had his staff come and help me over the years with doing the basics and I feel each visit the staff try to teach me how to do things on my own. The costs are definitely reasonable. I am glad we put our trust in progressive ... I was (still am??) clueless and they have held my hand each step of the way.
Progressive Connections is seriously one of the coolest cutting edge companies around. From home security, automation, home audio, they have everything I have needed. Highly recommend.
