I’m a regular customer, and yesterday I had my first bad experience. One of my nails came off less than 24 hours after I had my service. I came in as soon as they opened and they fixed it right away with no charge. I don’t know if it was the owner who took care of me today or not but I am so happy with how I was treated. Thank you so much!
Chris and Baby teamed up for a wonderful volcano pedicure and fell manicure. Both were attentive to detail and did not speak to each other during my services (a pet piece of mine). They answered all my questions and I will definitely use them again. Lucy did my husbands pedicure and did seem to rich through his service. It did not last the full hour as described in the menu. She did a jam up job on his manicure though!
Seemed annoyed I wanted to get my daughter’s nails and toes done along with mine. Paid for the fancier services vs basic for her and that seemed to annoy them more. Entire service felt rushed. When I realized 1/2 one of my toes was not polished with the top coat color they were short with me and slapped on additional post super thick. When I complained of how never and lumpy it was they said it was the polish I picked. Very disappointing when your spending $200 in services
