Cannot recommend Optimal Health of Houston enough!!! I’ve been seeing Laura Mendez for only 4 months now and she’s already made such a positive impact on my life. She’s looked at things that 3 different endocrinologist had yet to look at for my thyroid and hoshimotos. Almost being 30 now and having my son my hormones tanked. Practitioner Mendez is a wealth of knowledge. She studies your case and helps get to the reason for your illness, not just giving you something for the symptoms. I went to several traditional doctors without help, after seeing her she gave me information/advice that actually aided my GI problems. I am sincerely grateful for that.
