From the beginning, Bruno took his time to explain the issues with my old system, recommending the parts that need to be replaced, mostly the compressor but also provided alternatives. There were challenges to getting the parts but they were finding alternatives to ensure my a/c systems work perfectly well for the summer.

I needed to have my AC System to be checked and get an estimate for replacing it. I received my technician appointment scheduled on the same date I called. The technician Bruno was very tactful and polite. He gave a full diagnostics and recommendations. His visit was followed up with estimate. It was a pleasant experience and I felt like I was working with professionals.
NBL has been absolutely wonderful to work with ever since they installed my new A/C unit in 2022. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work have been consistent every step of the way. Most recently, Bruno, Jimmy, and their team installed new air ducts, along with a soft start and power surge protector for my system, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
