Mann?, everything about my experience at my visit was perfect! Dr. Binder was very thorough and went over everything with me from my exam to the overall experience was so much better than what I have come across at other Eye Center Places (I’ll leave out there name). I have a dry eye issue and the medication that was prescribed to me at another Eye Center is not what I needed after Dr. Binder explained to me about dry eye vs. inflammation of the eye. He suggested that I give iVIZIA a try and see if it makes a difference and if it does that’s great and if it doesn’t I can come back and we’ll discuss the next steps. I have been visiting this store for the last few years and generally have great opinion on the store. Recently, there was a certain billing issue which I reported. The store manager (Nikki) looked in to it right away and resolved the issue in 24 hours to my satisfaction. I would go back here surely

This was my first visit at Mann Eye and I have got to say it was by far the best optometrist appointment I have had in a very long time!!! Not only is the staff very welcoming and friendly, but very personable as well!! And it is the first time in a very long time that I really felt comfortable and confident with my eye doctor!! And at 65 years old, that's saying something ?!!
