My first time at In-Style Tomball location. I wanted a perm. I have very short fine hair, wasn't sure I could get one because of my hair type. Lily was my stylist. She worked miracles. She is AWSOME and AMAZING!! She took the time to dicuss what i wanted then she knew exactly. She was very efficient. Being the only stylist for half the day, she took other customers while my hair needed to set with the perm solution. I will absolutely return again to get my hair styled by her.

Used to be the only place I'd go. Took my son and we both got cuts a week or so ago. H did us so dirty. I had to fix them both myself because I'm not ever going back there. They were that bad. Not to mention her weird attitude and lack of eye contact at the end. I asked if my son could have a sucker, no answer. Ok maybe she didn't hear me. I gave him one because the basket was right there. He said thank you very loud, no response. Ok that was intentional. Got home and washed the gel out of his hair to discover that it was the worst cut he's ever had. Washed and straightened my hair to see how bad it was. Not straight at all. Terrible. It was also shorter than we agreed upon. I think she was upset that I hadn't been in there in awhile. It would explain the attitude. Finding somewhere else to go from now on.

Also, if you read their responses to the bad reviews, no accountability, no apology. Only excuses and accusations. They don't care.

Love these ladies so much, they have been doing my sons hair for a couple years now, they are so great with toddlers/kids! Perfect price too, love them!!!!

This is the only affordable place my teenaged boys want to go for a haircut with a good fade. The staff is always friendly and inviting.

June 20, I was a walk in to get a haircut and blow dry, I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t have a long wait and stylist Lily did an excellent job with my short haircut. I will be going back. Thank you Lily

I came here a while back and forgot to do a review.
But I will be going in to get my roots touched up and to get my blonde toned/ treated soon. Anyways- Helen did my hair, she brought me from a wacky head of terrible highlights to a full head of beautiful ones!! She was kinda and took her time. I recommend her to anyone.☺️

Spitefulness from going to other places in a different state after years led me to getting my hair down past below my butt to cut to below my chest. when I asked for a “trim of my dead ends” I had a terrible feeling about it..and it was confirmed when I saw the woman sitting..waiting.. gasp and her jaw hit the floor.
Inches on inches of my hair I worked hard to grow over the years cut off. Not exaggerating. My mom and I both have gone here for years and this has never happened. Same ladies. The difference was the attitude. “Where’ve you been” obviously as I said. In a different state. So they cut all of my hair off. They always usually just trimmed and I was happy and recommended them to everyone. But what every person with long hair panics about happened & I Will never trust getting my hair cut or “trimmed” again. Thanks ?

When anyone asks why did you cut your hair .. or who cut all your hair off I refer to this place now ?

I took my 76 yr old mother here to get her hair done for the first time. Since we are still new to the area, was looking for a great place to take her. The ladies here are beyond sweet and took such good care of her. Emma was her stylist and she was a blessing. She was so sweet and caring while taking care of my mom and had her looking and feeling great in no time. Will be going to them for her on a regular basis. Great Service all around.

Excellent place! Helen does a fantastic job on my hair! Love coming to this place, I always leave feeling and looking great!!
