Woke up yesterday with my head stuck in a downward position. Stabbing pains shooting down my upper spine. Made an appointment today and I am so thankful I did. I walked in unable to lift myself up from bed. And I walked out lifting myself off the table and having full range of motion of my neck. I was expecting to be 30-40% better but I feel about 90% better. Will be referring to all my friends and family
